Nora Fatehi has, over the decade, been linked to several men from the entertainment industry. However, the actor-dancer, who was last seen in the comedy film Madgaon Express, recently said that she was old school and would like women to get married and have a family, despite their careers and financial independence. Fatehi further opened up about the qualities she wants in her partner. While speaking to Connect FM Canada, she said her idea of a perfect man has changed over time.

“I am looking for a man who fears god and has a good heart and upbringing. Money and financial stability come after that,” said Nora adding, “I need someone who is really good from the inside because there are really bad people running around, who are opportunists and use you. There are lairs, too. Some people will be with you for years and won’t even want you (sic). They want your money, your crowd or your network. There are really weird people around. If I find someone with a good heart I will be happy.”

Nora was earlier said to be dating actor Angad Bedi and then choreographer Terence Lewis. The Jhalk Dikhhla Jaa alum said her perspective about a perfect man has evolved. “My answer, five years ago, was very different from now. The answer was quite superficial as I would probably say things like, ‘I want a tall man. He should be handsome.’ A lot of things have changed in the past four to five years in my personal life, which made me think. ‘Wait a minute. I was looking for the wrong things.'”

When the interviewer asked if good looks no longer matter to her, she said (laughing),  “After all this, good looks come. I mean, I need good genetics because I want to have beautiful babies.”

Nora was earlier embroiled in a money laundering case after her name was linked to conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar. Last year, the actor’s statement was recorded before a Delhi court in a defamation case filed by her against fellow actor Jacqueline Fernandez and media organisations. “They called me a gold digger and accused me of having a relationship with a con artist Sukesh Chandrasekhar,” she said.
