Mira Kapoor’s brand offers bowl therapy to ‘cleanse aura’ for Rs 10,000; 15-minute healing costs just as much

Mira Kapoor, who is married to actor Shahid Kapoor, has been dabbling with various ventures for a while now, and while she was previously only involved as an investor, Mira is now working in many of her own businesses. Her business, Dhun Wellness, which is a wellness centre providing ayurvedic therapies, based out of Mumbai, has Mira working full-time, and in a recent interview, she spoke about the most popular treatments at Dhun Wellness, where a 15-minute session can cost Rs 10,000.

In a chat with the YouTube channel The Lobby Report, Mira shared that their treatment, named Vibrato, which is a deep tissue massage, is one of the most popular services. The 60-minute treatment costs Rs 6,500. She also mentioned that their Ayurvedic therapies are quite popular with the customers. Upon checking their website, one can see that Abhyanga, which is an ayurvedic massage, costs Rs 5,500 for a 90-minute session. Udvartanam, another Ayurvedic massage, costs Rs 8,000 for a 60-minute session. Shirodhara costs Rs 6,500 for a 90-minute session and Herbal Potli, another offering here, costs Rs 5,500 for 90 minutes.

Apart from the ayurvedic therapies, Mira’s center also provides ‘Healing Therapies’. They have a ‘Bioenergetic Scan’ which costs Rs 10,000 for a 15-minute session. The website claims that this involves ‘Aura & Chakra Scanner Test’ as they use “biofeedback technology to analyse your aura field and chakra alignment, revealing imbalances, blockages and areas needing attention.” They also have a treatment called ‘Singing Bowl Therapy’ which costs Rs 10,000, where they use a “specially tuned singing bowl set designed to harmonise each energy centre”. There is also something called an ‘Emotional Freedom technique’ which costs Rs 10,000 for a 30-minute session. This is a “holistic treatment that combines acupressure and modern psychology to help release emotional blockages, reduce stress and restore balance.” The business also offers a seven-day sleep-reset and gut-cleanse programme, which costs Rs 1.75 lakh.

Dhun Wellness is one of the many businesses that Mira is actively involved in. She is also the founder of Akind, a skincare brand. She is also involved with Athletifreak, an athleisure brand that she runs with her sisters and brothers-in-law. Her husband Shahid Kapoor is also involved in this business. Mira is also an investor at Wellbeing Nutrition, Artium Academy, Uravu, SARVA Yoga, among others.
