Madhuri Dixit rents out her Andheri West office space for Rs 3 lakh per month: report

Bollywood actor Madhuri Dixit is making moves in Mumbai’s bustling real estate market by renting out her office space in the city for a monthly sum of Rs 3 lakh. The office space is located in Mumbai’s Andheri West area and has been leased to a private company. This move highlights how many celebrities are leveraging real estate investments—whether through lavish homes or commercial properties—as an additional source of income.

Madhuri’s office space spans an area of 1,594.24 square feet. According to a Hindustan Times report citing documents accessed by Propstack, the Tezaab actor is set to earn Rs 3 lakh per month from this property. The rental agreement for the property was finalized on November 13, with the tenant company making a security deposit of Rs 9 lakh. Furthermore, while the monthly rent for the first year is Rs 3 lakh, it is set to increase to Rs 3.15 lakh in the second year.

In addition to leasing out office space, Madhuri made headlines in October for purchasing a luxurious flat in Mumbai’s Lower Parel area. The upscale property is part of a premium residential project and covers a sprawling 5,384 square feet. This opulent flat, which includes seven parking spaces, was acquired for a whopping Rs 48 crore. Madhuri paid a substantial stamp duty of Rs 2.4 crore to finalise the transaction.

In November, Shahid Kapoor and his wife Mira Kapoor also rented out their luxury apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Worli area. The high-end property is being rented out for Rs 20 lakh per month under a five-year agreement. Registered in November 2024, the lease spans a tenure of 60 months and includes an initial security deposit of Rs 1.23 crore, according to a statement by SquareYards.

On the work from, Madhuri was recently seen in Anees Bazmee’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, which also starred Kartik Aaryan, Vidya Balan and Tripti Dimrii in lead roles.
