Koffee With Karan S7 was anything but ‘Kold’, had everything from ex-bashing, couch manifestations and candid sex advice

Sonam Kapoor graced the Koffee couch with her unfiltered charm, effortlessly delivering humor that’s seemingly second nature to her. On the episode, Sonam called Ranbir Kapoor the ‘best’ and went on to mention that everyone’s talking about him lately, because of his upcoming movie with Ayaan Mukerji (Brahmastra). When questioned about the film’s title, she confidently replied, saying, ‘Shiva number one,’ leaving Karan. Arjun and the audience in splits. 

Samantha Ruth Prabhu-Akshay Kumar episode: ‘Fillers or filters?’

Samantha Ruth Prabhu made her debut on Koffee With Karan 7 alongside Akshay Kumar. On the show, she opened up about her ex-husband Naga Chaitanya and said, “If you put us both in a room, you have to hide sharp objects.”

In the same episode, during the rapid-fire round, Akshay was asked about something in Bollywood he doesn’t approve of. He instantly answered “fillers,” but then quickly corrected himself, realising he meant to say ‘filters.’ It was an honest mistake that turned into a funny moment.

Ananya Panday-Vijay Devarakonda episode: ‘Desperate times or in a rush?’

In this episode, Vijay Devarakonda revealed his wild side by admitting to have made out in a car. This revelation left Ananya Panday and Karan amused, with Vijay adding, “desperate times” with a wink. When Karan asked Ananya who Vijay was dating, she said, “He is in a rush to meet Mika Singh,” hinting at Rashmika Mandanna. This epic reply left everyone in splits.

Varun Dhawan-Anil Kapoor episode: ‘Neha Sharma or Aisha Sharma?’

Varun repeatedly trolled and grilled Arjun Kapoor in this episode. When Karan asked Varun which Bollywood celebrity ‘brags the most’, Varun said, “Arjun Kapoor. Shaukeen aadmi hai.” The host then asked him, ‘who flirts the most,’ Varun once again said, “Arjun Kapoor.” Karan asked Varun,  “Really? Is he sliding into people’s DMs?” To which Varun replied, “Once in a while, it’s all fine.”  Varun also put Anil Kapoor in a spot. When Varun was ‘who has the hottest gym clicks on Instagram’ he said ‘Neha Sharma and Aisha Sharma.’ He then looked at Anil and said, “Even you love them,” leaving the actor confused.

Ranveer Singh-Alia Bhatt episode: ‘Don’t know your bae?’

In a segment titled ‘Know Your Bae,’ the duo was questioned about their partners. When asked about wife  Deepika Padukonne’s sun sign, Ranveer answered “Sagittarius,” but the correct answer was “Capricorn.” He then said, “What? I don’t believe in astrology.”

Sara Ali Khan-Janhvi Kapoor episode: ‘My ex or everyone’s ex?’

Sara Ali Khan was put in the hot seat in this episode and the actor was asked by Karan  “One reason why your ex is your ex.”  The actor replied and said, “Because he’s everyone’s ex.”

The finale episode: ‘Were you or were you not Karan?’

In the final episode, Karan Johar talked about his past relationships. During the chat, Tanmay Bhatt made a playful guess, suggesting that Karan might have dated Varun Dhawan’s dad David Dhawan in the past. This  moment sparked laughter all around, with Karan joining in and offering a light-hearted clarification. He said, “I was not dating David Dhawan.”
