Katrina rekindles her Chikni Chameli sizzle as her dress is very similar and so are her expressions. But we are not complaining, keep the good stuff coming. Sidharth is also in his elements in the song. The song also features Bollywood’s favourite Punjabi papas — Ram Kapoor and Rajit Kapur. What are they doing in the song? Well, what they have done about a million times before.
Talking about Kala Chashma and Baar Baar Dekho, film’s producer Karan Johar said earlier, “Kala chashma 2.0 is a party starter and has been the heartbeat of the Punjabi music scene for over a decade… Our revamped and rejuvenated version has enhanced the energy to an altogether different level.”
The filmmaker went on to say that the song is in sync with the ethos of the film, which is directed by Nitya Mehra.
The film narrates what happens in the life of a person from 18 years to 60. It is slated for release on September 9.
