Later, singer Abida Parveen is seen performing for the entire crowd, and it is at this point that Vinod gets up from his seat and invites Rekha to join him for a dance. The Umrao Jaan actor appeases her co-star for a while before returning to her seat. Other stars also join Vinod on the stage before the end of Parveen’s performance. During the second performance, Vinod and Javed try to coax a very uncomfortable Imran to the dance floor. Even though Imran doesn’t look in the dancing mood, Vinod squeezes a few steps out of him before letting him return to his chair.

Fans were quick to point out that Akshaye’s dance steps from the film mimicked his father’s. One user wrote in the comments of the original video on YouTube, “Akshaye Khanna recreated it beautifully in the movie Dhurandhar 2025,” while another wrote, “Who is here after the Dhurandhar song dance moves?”

Previously, choreographer Vijay Ganguly said that Akshaye improvised the steps. He told Mid-day, “Originally, he was supposed to enter, walk through the dancers, and sit on the throne. Seeing the scene’s mood and the dancers’ performance, the fantastic actor that Akshaye is, he said he would dance a bit when he walks in. None of us knew what he was going to do. Akshaye entered the scene, took it from that point, and spontaneously performed.”
