Hrithik Roshan rents his 12,000 square feet, sea-facing 3BHK in Andheri West to girlfriend Saba Azad for a heavily discounted rate of Rs 75,000 per month

Along with the rent of Rs 75,000, Hrithik has also secured a deposit of Rs 1.25 lakh from Saba as part of their rental agreement. Meanwhile, Hrithik also lives in a rented sea-facing apartment in the Palazzo Building in Juhu, across the road from Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna’s home.

His parents, filmmaker Rakesh Roshan and wife Pinky Roshan, and their daughter Sunaina Roshan also lived on the eighth, ninth, and tenth floors of the same building. However, they now spend most of their time at their huge villa in Lonavala. Hrithik, who used to live with his parents when he was married to Suzzanne Khan, along with their sons Hridaan and Hrehaan, moved into a rented space in the same building post his divorce in 2014.

Hrithik was married to Suzzanne for 14 years since they tied the knot right after the release of his 2000 blockbuster debut, Rakesh Roshan’s romantic drama Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai. Years after his divorce, he began dating Saba, actor and singer, in 2022. Previously, Saba was in a long relationship with fellow actor and singer Imaad Shah. Even after their breakup, the two continue to work together in their band Madboy/Mink.

On the work front, Hrithik was last seen reprising his role of superspy Kabir from Siddharth Anand’s 2019 blockbuster War in Ayan Mukerji’s sequel War 2, which released in cinemas on August 14. He’ll now turn director with the next instalment of his popular superhero franchise, Krrish 4, in which he’ll reprise his memorable role.

Meanwhile, Saba will be next seen in Danish Renzu’s period musical Songs of Paradise, which will drop on Prime Video India this Friday on August 29. Produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani’s Excel Entertainment, the film’s first glimpse got a shoutout from Hrithik on social media.

Taking to Instagram, he shared the motion poster and captioned it, “Beautiful’.” The film also features Soni Razdan, Zain Khan Durrani, Sheeba Chaddha, Taaruk Raina, and Lillete Dubey. The film, dedicated to the veteran singers of Kashmir, is inspired by the legendary voice of the late singer — Raj Begum.
