Govind Namdeo plays Morarji Desai in Solar Eclipse

Apart from working in the joint venture, Govind Namdeo is working on yet to be titled movie on anti-corruption activist Anna Hazare, which is being directed by Shashank Udapurkar. He will also be seen in Project Marathvada, which deals with farmer suicide case. It is being directed by Bhavin Mehta and features Om Puri in the lead role where Govind Namdeo plays the villainous in it.

He is also doing a movie titled Amrapali in which he will be seen playing a loving father. The film also stars Jimmy shergil, Ashutosh Rana and Vinod Khanna and is directed by Atul Garg. The movie highlights more about Gautam Buddha which is being played by Vinod Khanna.

He has recently completed a film titled Dussera which is based on political backdrop of Bihar where he is playing the role of a villain. The movie is directed by Manish Vatsalya. Then there is another movie called JD directed by Shilendra Pandey, which is based on the life of an Indian journalist. It features Amar Singh and Justice Karode.

Chapeker Brothers is another movie where he is playing a role of Bal Gangadhar Tilak. The cast and crew has wrapped up the film’s shoot recently which is directed Devendra Pandey.
