West Bengal Madhyamik 10th Result 2024: The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) on May 2 announced the Madhyamik (Class 10) results. The WB Madhyamik exam result link is active at wbbse.wb.gov.in and wbresults.nic.in.
Apart from WBBSE result websites — wbbse.wb.gov.in and wbresults.nic.in — education.indianexpress.com will also host the WB Class 10 results.
Students will have to use their roll number and date of birth to log in and check their results. To check and download the WB board results 2024 at education.indianexpress.com, students will first have to register with their contact number.
The pass percentage is 86.31 per cent.

Step 2: Register with the contact number and email id
Step 3: Click on the designated board exam result link
Step 4: On the next window, select the board
Step 5: Insert roll number and registration number
Step 6: Your result, when announced, will be delivered to the contact number and mail ID
Along with the 2024 board exam results, students can also access the marksheet. The board exam scorecard will have the details of the marks obtained in each of the subjects, the pass percentage, and the qualifying status. To pass the exams, students need to score a minimum of 33 per cent marks in each subject and overall.
The pass percentage in WB Class 10 exam has improved marginally this year. The pass percentage has improved from 86.15 per cent last year to 86.31 per cent this year.
In 2023, the overall pass percentage was recorded at 86.15 per cent, with Devdutta Majhi bagging the top spot in the state. A total of 6,98,628 students registered for the class 10 examinations last year.
In the Madhyamik Class 10 exams 2022, boys outperformed girls. The boys’ pass percentage was 88.59 per cent, while 85 per cent of female students passed the Madhyamik exam successfully. An overall pass percentage of 86.60 per cent was recorded.
