SSC CAPF result: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the results of SI, CAPF and ASI paper-I 2016 examination. The Commission has earlier withdrawn the result just two days after declaring it. In a notice published on July 22, the Commission has informed that after observing some discrepancies because of system error, they have decided to take back the result.
The July 21 results now stand cancelled.
The Sub-Inspectors in CISF examination was initially scheduled to be conducted on March 20 but the SSC has conducted the re-examinations on June 4, 5, 6, 7 and 11. On June 27, the Commission uploaded the candidate’s response sheet along with the correct answers.
As per the revised result, the cut-off for male candidates is 89.75 for unreserved, 77.00 for OBC, 67.75 for SC and 67.25 for ST candidates. The cut-off for female candidates is at 83.50, 69.50, 60.25 and 58.25 marks.
Only those candidates who qualify PET and medical examination will be allowed to appear for paper II. The exam is scheduled to be held in August and will be conducted by the nodal CAPF agency. The Paper II will tentatively be organised in either November or December, 2016.
