Punjab NEET UG 2024 Counselling: Here’s all you need to know

Step 2: Click on the link for online applications for MBBS and BDS degree courses

Step 3: Click on new registration and enter your basic details such as name, NEET marks, parents name, address and more

Step 4:  Login using your credentials such as registration number and password

Step 5: Fill the application form and upload the necessary documents

Step 6: Save, submit and pay the fees

Step 7: Download the application form for future use

Last year, candidates had to pay a deposit of Rs 5,900 for all categories except SC and ST. The deposit for SC and ST was Rs 2,950. Students will be able to know about the deposit once the notification for the Punjab NEET counselling is out.

Punjab NEET UG 2024 counselling: Documents required

Here is the list of documents students need while counselling:

1. Class 10 certificate/birth certificate
2. Class 11, and 12 marksheets
3. Permission to reside in Punjab
4. Certificate of caste (if any)
5. Certificate of exemption (if any)
6. EWS certificate (if any)
7. A parent’s sworn declaration
8. Candidate’s declaration
9. Parent or guardian affidavit confirming that the candidate has not applied for counselling in any other state

Meanwhile, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) released the counselling schedule for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, Undergraduate (NEET-UG) 2024.

The counselling process for round 1 will commence on August 14. Those candidates who have cleared NEET UG 2024 are eligible for the counselling process. From August 14 to August 15, the tentative seat matrix will be verified. Candidates will have time from August 14 to August 20 (noon) to complete their registration and make payments by 3 pm on August 20.
