MHT CET Registration 2025: The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra has started the registration process for the MHT CET on its official website. Eligible candidates can only register for the exam on the official website -cetcell.mahacet.org. The application will end on February 15. The MHT CET for the PCM group will be conducted between April 19 to April 27, excluding April 24. The applicants interested for the exam have to pay a fee of Rs 800 for general candidates while for reserved category and Pwd candidates, the application fee for the MHT CET 2025 exam is Rs 600. The MHT CET 2024 PCB (physics, chemistry, biology) group exam was conducted between April 22 and 30 and the MHT CET PCM (physics, chemistry, maths) group 2024 was conducted between May 2 and 16 with 37 candidates from the PCM and PCB groups scoring 100 percentile. MHT CET syllabus, weightage The questions in MHT CET 2025 will be based on the syllabus of the State Council Of Educational Research And Training, Maharashtra. While around 20 per cent of weightage will be given to the Class 11 curriculum, 80 per cent weightage will be given to the Class 12 curriculum. No negative marks will be cut for wrong answers marked, however, the CET Cell said that the MHT CET 2024 difficulty level will be at par with JEE Main for mathematics, physics, and chemistry and the difficulty level for biology will be at par with NEET UG. The questions will be mainly application-based. MHT CET is held for admission to professional courses in engineering, technology, pharmacy, planning and agricultural education. The entrance test for the academic year 2025-26 will be held at multiple exam centres within and outside Maharashtra.
