KTET 2023: The Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan will begin the registration for the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (KTET) October 2023 session today, i.e. November 6. Once the registration begins, candidates will be able to apply at the official website — ktet.kerala.gov.in.

As per the schedule, KTET October 2023 exam is scheduled to be conducted on December 29 and 30. It will be conducted in two shifts on both days — shift 1 from 10 am to 12:30 pm, and shift 2 from 2 pm to 4:30 pm.

KTET 2023: How to apply

Step 1: Go to the official website — ktet.kerala.gov.in

Step 2: Scroll down and click on the link reading new registration for October 2023.

Step 3: Click on the tab for new registration, and select the category you want to apply for and enter your details such as name, date of birth, etc.

Step 4: Upload the necessary documents. Then, cross check the details, save and submit.

Step 5: Download the application form for future reference

The admit cards for KTET October 2023 will likely be available for downloading from December 20 onwards.

Interested candidates should have passed higher secondary or senior secondary exam with at least 48 per cent marks. They should have also passed the Trained Teachers Certificate or Diploma in Technical Education.

There are four papers for KTET — paper 1 is held for teaching jobs in classes 1 to 5, paper 2 will be for classes 6 to 8, paper 3 is for teachers aspiring to teach in classes 9 to 12, and paper 4 for language teachers.
