The link to raise grievances will close at 3 pm today.
KSET was conducted on November 2 and the answer key was released on November 4.
According to the official notification issued by KEA, candidates who wish to raise objections to the provisional answer key must follow a specific set of guidelines. While submitting objections, candidates will be required to provide complete details including the name of the paper, subject, date of examination, version code, and the specific question number they wish to challenge. Each objection must also be supported by a valid and verifiable document or reference, all of which should be uploaded in PDF format for consideration.
A fee of Rs 50 per objection is applicable, which must be paid online at the time of submission. KEA has clarified that this fee is non-refundable, irrespective of whether the objection is accepted or rejected. Additionally, objections submitted without mentioning the correct question number or version code, or those found to be incomplete, baseless, or submitted without the required payment, will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Once the objections are received, the subject expert committee constituted by KEA will review them in detail. The committee’s decisions after re-evaluation of the challenged questions will be final, and no further correspondence on the matter will be entertained. Candidates are advised to carefully read the instructions before submitting their objections and to visit the official KEA website for detailed information, submission links, and updates related to the examination process.
KSET is a state-level examination that serves as a qualifying test for candidates aspiring to become Assistant Professors in universities and colleges across Karnataka. The exam offers candidates the flexibility to choose from 41 subjects, covering a wide academic spectrum that includes humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, and professional fields. Some of the popular subjects available under KSET include Commerce, Economics, History, Political Science, Sociology, Geography, Law, and Education, among others.
