Karnataka SSLC 2024 hall tickets released; exams from Mar 25

The Karnataka SSLC Class 10 exams will be conducted from March 25 to April 6. The Class 10 SSLC exams will start with the first language Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Urdu, English and Sanskrit papers.

Karnataka SSLC 2024 Hall Tickets: The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) today released the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) Class 10 exam admit cards for the 2024 exams. Students appearing in the Karnataka SSLC 2024 Class 10 board exams can collect the Class 10 hall tickets from their respective schools and schools can download them through the official website – kseab.karnataka.gov.in.

The board has asked the school heads to download the Karnataka SSLC admit card through the school login ID and make it available to the students. It has also asked the schools under it to send details of students if the admit card is not issued. Names of students and relevant documents including registration number will have to be submitted to the board.

The Karnataka Class 10 exams will be conducted from March 25 to April 6. The Class 10 SSLC exams will start with the first language paper Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Urdu, English and Sanskrit. Around five lakh students are set to take the SSLC 2024 exams.

Three hours will be allotted for writing first language and other optional subjects with 15 minutes of reading time. Meanwhile, two hours and 45 minutes has been allotted for writing second and third language subjects. Students with disabilities will get an additional hour to complete the paper.

Meanwhile, the Karnataka High Court on Thursday stayed an order that was passed by a single-judge bench quashing the state government’s notification to conduct board examinations for Classes 5, 8, 9 and 11. The two-judge Karnataka High Court bench allowed the state government to hold the board examinations for Class 5, 8, 9 and 11 as scheduled on March 11.
