IIM-Calcutta, TalentSprint collectively launch ‘AI for Leaders’ programme

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta and TalentSprint, a hybrid digital learning platform, have unveiled a new programme: AI for Leaders.

This is a 12 months course which follows case study-driven learning method. The course will have 120 hours immersive learning supported by live interactive sessions by IIM Calcutta faculty, best-in-class course content, insightful industry sessions, quizzes, case studies, assignments and capstone projects.

Candidates will have 2 IIM Calcutta campus visits of three days each. The schedule for campus immersion will be shared at a later date. Also, faculty-led live sessions will be held every Sunday from 3:30 to 6:30 pm.

Classes for the new Advanced Programme in AI for Leaders will begin from December 2024.

Eligibility

— Applicants should be working professionals/self-employed

— Education: Graduates / Post graduates in any discipline with minimum 50 per cent marks.

— Experience: Minimum 10 years of work experience with an impactful career path.

The application fee for this programme is Rs 2,500. Once the candidate receives the selection mail, they will have to pay Rs 20,000 as the registration fee within 48 hours. Following this, Rs 1.36 lakh has to be deposited as the first installment within 15 days from the day, the registration fee is paid. The second installment of Rs 1.56 lakh will have to be paid by March 10, 2025 and third installment of Rs 1.56 lakh by July 10, 2025. The total programme fee is Rs 4.68 lakh.
