ICSI CS December 2025: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has released the exam schedule for the Company Secretary (CS) December 2025 session. The online application process will commence on August 26, 2025, and close on September 25. Candidates who miss the initial deadline can still apply by paying a late fee between September 26 and October 10, 2025.
Interested and eligible students can register and view the detailed notification by visiting the official website at icsi.edu. As per the official announcement, the CS December 2025 exams will be held from December 22 to December 29, 2025. Applicants have the option to write the exam in either English or Hindi, based on their preference.
To appear for the Executive Programme, candidates are required to clear the Online Pre-Examination Test along with either ODOP or TDOP, based on their respective registration timelines. For those enrolling in the Professional Programme, passing the Online Pre-Examination Test is also a compulsory prerequisite.
–Executive Programme: Rs 1,500 per group
–Professional Programme: Rs 1,800 per group
–Late Application Fee: Rs 250 (flat rate)
–Modification Charges for exam centre, group, medium, or optional subject: Rs 250 per change
–Additional Group Fee: Rs 250
–Dubai Centre Surcharge: USD 100 (or its equivalent in Indian Rupees)

Step 3: Choose the module for which you wish to apply.
Step 4: Click on the relevant registration link to begin the process.
Step 5: Complete the enrolment form with accurate personal and academic details.
Step 6: Proceed to pay the required application fee online.
Step 7: Carefully review all entered information and submit the form.
While applying for the ICSI CS Executive and Professional 2025 December exams, candidates will also have to upload certain documents, including proofs of dates of birth, Class 12 pass certificates, category certificates for fee exemption and scanned copies of photographs and signatures.
