SEBA secretary Suranjana Senapati told indianexpress.com that students can download their marksheets from the official websites, however, the hard copy of the HSLC exam mark sheets will be sent to respective schools after the lockdown is lifted in the state.
The re-evaluation process will commence from June 8. The students who are not satisfied with their score can apply for re-evaluation. The online application window will be opened till June 22.

With 64.80 per cent, the pass percentage improved from last year which was 60.23 per cent. In 2018, the pass percentage was 56.04 per cent, while 47.94 per cent in 2017, and 62.79 per cent in 2016.

Education Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma congratulated the topper, saying, "Heartiest congratulations to Dhritiraj Bastav Kalita as he tops HSLC 2020 examinations by scoring 595 out of 600 marks."
The number of candidates absent from the HSLC exam is 6,513. A total of 22 students have been withheld and the number of candidates expelled from the exams stands at 161

The pass percentage of male students is 66.93 per cent whereas the female pass percentage is 62.91 per cent. Combined, the pass percentage of the examination stood at 64.60 per cent
A total of 1,63,992 male students applied for the Assam Board HSLC examination of which 1,60,794 appeared for the paper. Out of these, 1,07,619 boys cleared the exam of which 24,365 secured first division. The number of male students who have cleared the exam with second division is 37,989 whereas the number of boys who have cleared the exam with third division is 45,265.
A total of 1,84,745 female students applied for the Assam Board HSLC examination of which 1,81,430 appeared for the paper. Out of these, 1,14,137 female students cleared the exam and a total of 23,913 secured first division. The number of female students who have cleared the exam with second division is 39,861 whereas the number of girls who have cleared the exam with third division is 50,363
This year, Dhritiraj Bastav Kalita from Darrang district has topped the class 10 exams with 595 marks. This is one mark higher than the marks obtained by last year's topper Meghshree Bora who scored 594 marks. The second rank this year is secured by Alangkrita Gautam Baruah followed by three students at the third rank Debisma Pariya Borah, Jyotisman Deva Sarma and Chaki G Bulton
Re-checking or photocopy with re-checking of answer script will begin from June 8 to June 22. A fee of Rs 350 will be applicable
Sivasagar outranked others as 83.92 per cent students cleared the exam from the region
The result of 22 students is withheld. As per rules, the withheld results if not claimed within 4 (four) months from the date of declaration of results shall stand automatically cancelled
Education Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma congratulated the successful students saying, ". Those who may not have done well, don't lose heart for success is sum of small efforts."

A total of 1,79,224 female students applied for the Assam Board HSLC examination of which 1,75,939 appeared for the paper. Out of these, 1,02,033 female students cleared the exam and a total of 23,681 secured first division. The number of female students who have cleared the exam with second division is 36,154 whereas the number of girls who have cleared the exam with third division is 42,198.

The entire evaluation process was completed in May, and the council sent a communication to the state government mentioning that the board is ready to announce the results between June 20 to 25. “The final date will be announced by education minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. We are waiting for his approval before announcing the result date officially,” he said.

The Assam Board had also taken strict measures to prevent cheating and other awkward activities during the examination hours. The board had mentioned some centres as ‘sensitive’ and made special arrangements on these centres. The CCTVs were also installed in all the centres to monitor the examination process.

Popularly known as SEBA, the board of Secondary Education, Assam monitors the high school level education in the state. Every year, the board conducts the class 10, 12 examinations in the state
The students can also check result via SEBA app, where students can receive their marks of HSLC and High Madrassa examination. The matric and high madarsa results will also be available on 12 websites and through text message.
Once released, students will be able to check their respective scores at sebaonline.org and resultsassam.nic.in.
