GSEB Exam Result 2023: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) today declared the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) 2023 results. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check their results at the official website — gseb.org.

Of the 1,30,788 who appeared for GUJCET, as many as 1,26,705 students have cleared the entrance test. Out of the total qualified, 72,196 are male candidates while 54,409 are women.

GUJCET 2023 Result: How to check score

Step 1: Visit the official website — gseb.org.

Step 2: Click on the result tab available on the home page.

Step 3: Key in your 6 digit seat number.

Step 4: Next, click on the ‘go’ button.

Step 5: The GUJCET 2023 result will appear on the screen.

Step 6: Download and save the score card for  future reference.

The counselling process will begin soon and the merit list will release in June.

The GUJCET 2023 exam was successfully conducted on April 3, in an offline mode. The exam was conducted at 34 locations — all 33 districts and Ahmedabad city. It was held in three languages — Gujarati, Hindi and English.

This year, over 1.26 lakh students (96 per cent of the registered students) appeared for the GUJCET. The result for GUJCET 2023 has been finalised on the basis of the answer key which was released around April 15.

In 2021, 474 candidates in group A and 678 candidates in group B secured 99 percentile, whereas 4,660 candidates in group A and 6,727 in group B scored above 90 percentile. A total of 1,17,932 students had registered for the exam, out of which 1,13,202 appeared.

GUJCET is a state-level entrance examination conducted for admission to undergraduate-level professional courses at participating institutions in Gujarat.
