CSIR UGC NET Answer Key 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the CSIR UGC NET answer key 2024. Candidates who appeared for the December 2024 Joint CSIR UGC NET Examination can now access the provisional answer key on the official website: csirnet.nta.ac.in.

According to the official notice, the provisional answer keys, along with question papers and recorded responses, have been uploaded. The objection window is currently open, allowing candidates to raise objections until March 14, 2025. Those who wish to challenge any answer must pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs 200 per question.

The processing fee can be paid via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.

As stated in the official notice: “Challenges raised by candidates will be reviewed by a panel of subject experts. If any challenge is found valid, the answer key will be revised accordingly and applied to all candidates’ responses. The final results will be based on this revised key. However, no individual candidate will be informed about the acceptance or rejection of their challenge. The expert-approved final key will be considered conclusive.”

CSIR UGC NET Answer Key 2024: Steps to download
Step 1: Candidates have to visit the official website of CSIR— csirnet.nta.nic.in.

Step 2: Navigate to the provisional answer key link from the homepage.

Step 3: Fill in the credentials such as candidate’s application number and date of birth.

Step 4: The provisional answer key will be displayed on the computer screen.

Step 5: View and download the answer key. Also, save it for future reference.

The CSIR UGC NET examination was conducted on February 28, March 1, and March 2, 2025, at 326 examination centres across 164 cities, with 2,38,451 candidates appearing for the test. The exam was held in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode.
