The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE), Raipur, has announced the schedule for filling online examination forms for the high school and higher secondary examinations for the academic session 2025–26. According to the official press release, exam forms can be submitted with the normal fee between October 1 and October 31, 2025.

If missed, there is an option to submit with a late fee from November 1 to November 16, 2025. For those who require additional time, a special late fee allows form submission from November 17 through November 25, 2025.

The Board has instructed all school heads and principals to ensure that students complete the form submission within the stipulated deadlines. Delays beyond these dates may cause inconvenience to students. The Secretary of CGBSE emphasised that timely submission will guarantee students’ participation in the forthcoming board examinations.

CGBSE Board Result 2025

Akhil Sen has topped the Class 12 exam, while Ishika Bala has topped the Class 10 exam. Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai had announced the Chhattisgarh Board Class 10 (High School) and Class 12 (Higher Secondary) results from the Secretariat office on the 5th floor of Mahanadi Bhawan, Naya Raipur, Atal Nagar.

Class 10th

This year, CGBSE Class 10 board exam had two toppers: Ishika Bala from Govt HS School in Gondahur, Kanker, and Naman Kumar Khuntia from Swami Atmanand Govt Utkrisht English Medium School in Jashpur. Both candidates secured 99.17 per cent marks. They were followed by Livyansh Devangan from Swami Atmanand Govt Utkrisht English Medium School in Simga, placing second with a score of 99 per cent.

Class 12th

Akhil Sen of Govt HS School Koda Gaon Kanker placed first in the state’s Class 12 board examination with a 98.20 per cent score. He is followed by Shruti Mangtani from Vijay English School, Manendragarh, with a 97.40 per cent score, and Vaishali Sahu from Swami Atmanand Govt Utkrisht English Medium School in Berla, Bemetara, with a 97.20 per cent score. Overall, 19 candidates were on the merit list.

In 2024, the CGBSE declared the results of Class 10 and Class 12 on May 9.  The overall pass percentage in Class 10 results was 75.64 per cent and 87.04 per cent in Class 12, last year. Compared to 2023, Class 10 saw a slight increase from 75.05 per cent, while Class 12 saw a significant increase from 79.96 per cent. The exams for Class 12 were conducted between March 1 to March 23, and between March 2 to March March 23, 202,4 for Class 10.
