AHSEC HS Class 12 Results 2023: The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) will today released the HS or Class 12 board exam 2023 results. Students who appeared for the exam can check their results at the official website— ahsec.nic.in, once it is released.
Over the years, it has been seen that out of the total number of students registered for Class 12, Arts stream has the highest number of students while Commerce has the lowest.
In 2021, a total of 1,91,855 students appeared from the Arts stream out of which 1,89,793 were declared successful. The Commerce stream had 18,443 students out of which 18,364 passed the exam. There were 38,430 students who appeared for the Science stream out of which 38,068 cleared the exam.
In 2020, Arts stream had a total of 1,68,367 students appearing for the exam out of which 78.28 per cent cleared the exam. A total of 17,713 students appeared from the Commerce stream out of which 88.18 per cent passed the exam. In Science stream, 39,574 candidates appeared for the exam out of which 88.06 per cent passed the exam.
A total of 2,42,843 students appeared for the AHSEC HS exam in 2019 out of which 1,86,187 students appeared under the Arts stream, 18,291 under Commerce stream and 37,455 under Science stream. In Arts stream, 1,45,281 students passed, while 15,038 candidates cleared the Commerce exam and 32,045 students passed in the Science stream.
In 2018, a total of 1,94,533 students appeared under the Arts stream, out of which 1,45,281 cleared the exam. Under the Commerce stream, 17,767 candidates appeared for the exam out of which 15,038 students passed. A total of 37,373 students appeared under the Science stream out of which 32,045 students passed.
