AP SSC Class 10th exams 2025 begins, over 6.19 lakh to appear

AP SSC 10th exams 2025: The Andhra Pradesh SSC public examination starts the Class 10 exams from today. A total of 6,19,275 students have registered to take the exams across 3,450 designated centres in the state. The Chief Secretary (CS) has issued stringent directives to district collectors and Superintendents of Police (SPs) to ensure the smooth conduct of the exams.

Only mobile phones permitted inside exam centers will be those belonging to the chief superintendent. To coordinate these efforts, district collectors and SPs have been advised to conduct district-level meetings with education and other relevant departmental officials.

Chief Secretary Vijayan and has emphasised the importance of these initiatives and commended the officials to take all necessary steps to guarantee that the Class 10 public examinations, scheduled to end on April 1, proceed without any incidents. This proactive approach aims to provide a secure and conducive environment for students during this critical phase of their education.

Moreover, the hall tickets can be downloaded from Mana Mithra, the Government of AP’s WhatsApp service (9552300009), by selecting Educational Services and providing your application number/ child ID and date of birth, mentioned the post of state minister Lokesh Nara.

Last year, SSC exams were held between March 8 and March 30.

Nearly 616615 students appeared of which 534574 students had passed the exams. Parvathipuram Manyam was the highest-performing district with a pass percentage of 96.37 per cent, while Kurnool district stood last with a pass percentage of 62.47 per cent.

The overall pass percentage for the SSC exams was 86.69 per cent. The boys scored 84.32 per cent and girls scored 89.17 per cent. As many as 2803 schools scored 100 per cent pass percentage with 17 schools got 0.
