AIBE 20 Registration 2025: The Bar Council of India (BCI) will today start the registration for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE-20) on its official website at allindiabarexamination.com. The exam is scheduled to be conducted offline on November 30, at designated centres across the country.

According to the released schedule, the registration window will remain open until October 28, 2025, while the last date for fee payment is October 29. Candidates will be allowed to make corrections in their registration form until October 31. Admit cards will be issued online on November 15.

The 100 marks examination will cover various aspects of the law, like: Constitutional law, Indian Penal Code, intellectual property, Evidence Act, Family Law, Administration Law, Cyber Law, Law related to Taxation, Law of Contract, Specific Relief, Property Laws, Negotiable Instrument Act, Land Acquisition Act, among others.

The AIBE 2025 passing marks for candidates belonging to the General and OBC categories is 45 per cent, while it is only 40 per cent for candidates belonging to SC, ST and disabled categories.

The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is a mandatory certification exam conducted by the Bar Council of India (BCI) for law graduates. Candidates who have completed a three-year or five-year LLB degree, or those in their final year without any backlogs, are eligible to appear for the test. The examination serves as a qualifying assessment that ensures candidates meet the minimum professional standards required to practice law in India.
