The Sadhu Vaswani Mission organised a special gathering for the city’s teaching fraternity at the Sadhu Vaswani Mission on Saturday. The event was addressed by Rev Dada J P Vaswani. The vice chancellor of the University of Pune,R K Shevgaonkar presided over the occasion. Dada Vaswani spoke about education in its newest form and urged teachers to uphold the ideals of true education. Shevgaonkar released Dada J P Vaswani’s book on the same. He also spoke about education as not being a commodity but a quality which has to be inculcated within students. Dada Vaswani also answered questions about the stress which students are subjected to. Among others present at the event were S B Mujumdar,founder and president,Symbiosis University,and Vishwanath D Karad,founder and director general,MIT University.
