This group of students will showcase its mastery over musical instruments at ‘The Singing String’ concert
This stage provides music students – eager in their thirst to learn more and dedicated in their practice – with the opportunity to demonstrate their skills,talent and passion for music. For the last two years,students from Mahindra United World College India have been showcasing their musical creativity and talent at this annual concert. In its third year now,the students are all set to showcase their skills and mastery over different musical instruments at ‘The Singing String’ show,presented by the Poona Music Society,on March 17 at Mazda Hall,Dastur Primary School,Camp. At 7 pm,the spotlight will shine on Rounak (guitar and voice),Karanjit (guitar and voice),Margit (violin),Maarit (bass and guitar),Vatsal (guitar),Yue Fan (piano),Ma (piano),Pham Hai (Dan Bau),Maya (clarinet),Wanyi (flute),Yerang (piano and flute) with Anna Tanvir (harpist and singer),Benedict Taylor (viola) and Glauco Bermudez (film artist).
