Paradigm shift
A band Second Shift will perform live at Hard Rock café on April 15. The band comprises working professionals with an alter ego. Formed in early 2009 the band has spent most of its time getting together its self-titled CD of 10 songs and more recently performing live in Bombay. Their music is inspired from blues-rock-alternative roots and influenced by bands such as REM/ Morphine/ Blues Brothers etc. To us,songs are a medium of story telling and thats pretty much they way we write our songs too. Stories about grown up love, about arch villains stuck in madhouses and even stories about the search for stories make our songs. It has been a year since the band has come into being, says the band members. The band comprises Vinod Easwaran – Vocals,Sandy Mittal – Guitar,Mohit James – Bass,Ashley Murray – Drums,Prashant Sumanth – Percussion/ Drums,SRC Guitar.
