Racy Rewards
The Pune Racecourse on Saturday played host to the crème de la crème of the racing fraternity in the city when the second edition of the O Hotel instituted O Racing Awards were presented to those involved with the sport on the final day of the Pune Racing Season. Instituted last year,the awards are given out as a mark of honour to those who are associated with the sport. Popular TV anchors Niall Sadh and Cheryl Anand hosted the event,which saw awards being presented to various individuals working in different segments of horse racing. Wadhawan Livestock Pvt Ltd won the award for the Leading Owner while CD Katrak and YS Srinath won awards for the leading trainer and jockey respectively. The awards for leading horse and champion horse were bagged by Antonios and Moon Flower while Yana won the award for the Leading Filly/Mare.
