Calendar girl
VJ and model Pooja Misrra is out with her new,limited edition,customised calendar,which unusually begins from March 2009 and continues upto February 2010. Talking about the calendar,Misrra says,“Well,the idea to launch a calendar happened quite magically. I had just finished a photoshoot for a bunch of Italian designers,when my team saw the images and decided to design our own customised,limited edition calendar. What makes it truly unique is that it begins in March 2009 and is up until February 2010. We had an exclusive launch of the calendar in Mumbai,with Jagmohan Mundra,Surendra Hirani,Tabu Rothman,Chan Khubchandani,Cookie Singh,a bevy of female foreign models and Gary Richardson present. Venugopal Dhoot,chairman,Videocon,launched the calendar.” The looks and styling for the calendar were decided by Misrra,the clothes were courtesy Collezioni Moda and Xcess,the jewellery was by Honey Lulla,shoes were by Catwalk and the graphics by Qamal at Designage. “The response has been overwhelming. I’ve been getting calls from Europe,America,South East Asia,the Middle East,Asia-Pacific,Australia and New Zealand! And as far as aamchi Mumbai is concerned,I have been on a signing spree for main leads in a string of movies. What more can I say,except that God has been kind,” adds Misrra.
