What does a clown do when he is depressed? Nothing Like Lear,directed by Rajat Kapoor,focuses on a clown who has been crying for days,has lost the love of his life,and realises that he is getting old. Chandigarh’s love affair with architect Le Corbusier continues. An exhibition at Alliance Française takes one to La Chaux-de-Fonds in Switzerland,Corbusier’s birthplace. The cityscape of La Chaux-de-Fonds is characterised by a chessboard design that was created at the beginning of the 19th century after a catastrophic fire.
