A three-day seminar on the topic of “India: A Functioning Anarchy?” was organised recently by FLAME School of Communication (FSC) as a part of their annual festival,titled NOW (New Options for the World). Professor Indira Parikh,president of the Foundation of Liberal and Management Education,inaugurated the seminar. Bureaucrat-turned-educationist Avinash Dharmadhikari,development activist Jayant Umranikar,Bhushana Karandikar and others spoke about “Setting the Agenda for the Next General Election”,“Law and Order in Contemporary Social Milieu” and “Policy Imperatives in Functional Anarchy”.
