Nyati Group enters hospitality sector,sets up boutique hotel

City-based Nyati Group,which is into construction of up-market residential and commercial complexes,has forayed in the hospitality segment by setting up ‘The Corinthians Boutique Hotel,’ a boutique hotel located amidst the hills of South Pune,combining natural settings with an excellent ambiance.

Nitin Nyati,chairman,Nyati Group said,“Getting into hospitality was a logical extension of our existing club business and while adding up to the facilities at the club,the idea to have a one of its kind hotel in Pune emerged and this property was conceptualised.” Nyati said the hotel is equipped with 120 boutique class rooms,multiple function venues having capacity to accommodate right from 50 to 5000 guests and massive parking space make it an ideal venue for small,mid and large-scale events.

Nyati Group will carry its hospitality business under its group company Nyati Hotels and Resorts Pvt Ltd and has definite business plans for hospitality sector,he said. It is in the process of setting up a project of luxury spa villas near Peacock Bay,overlooking the backwaters of Khadakwasla,and a business hotel on Mumbai-Bangalore highway. The construction work of Luxury Spa Villas is underway and its estimated project cost is close to Rs100 crore,he added.
