It was a good-food day for the Le Meridian guests who were served Lebanese food on Friday. It was only-Lebanese cuisine menu that served Alkawi – a white cheese based sweet and baklava – a dessert of layered pastry and much more to pamper their taste buds. The food was accompanied byAlmaza beer,Lebanese wine and white coffee.

From depth of the ocean

A food festival dedicated to sea food – Sea Food Adventure- was hosted by Barbeque Nation. Dishes like the Red Snapper with BBQ Sauce,Skewerd Crab with Caper Pepper and the Grilled Shark Steak with Pineapple Mojo are the highlights of the live grill,while the buffet has dishes like Lobster Thermidor and Seafood Paella,which define the theme of the festival. Fish have been cooked in elaborate marinades,sauces and gravies that promise to ignite your taste buds. The sight of Vietnamese Basa,a fish from the Southeast Asian country,cooked in a burnt garlic marinade,was enough to leave one yearning for it.
