Everything,from the welcome drinks to the desserts and all that comes in between,has been prepared with either herbs or flowers or a combination of both, informs Chef Kiran Patil,executive chef,Post 91. Weve come up with salads made with rose petals,hibiscus flowers,gulmohar flowers,herbs like basil,rosemary,dill and cilantro and regular fruits and vegetables. The welcome drinks are made of herbs like gnocchi and with rose petals. Even the desserts and ice-cream have been prepared through a combination of herbs and flowers, he adds.
