The legacy of the imperial splendour of Lucknow has always fascinated people all over the world. Vivanta by Taj is celebrating the Lucknowi food festival. On offer are dal aloo Lucknowi ,Nizami shahi paneer tikka,raan mussalam,dum ki gosht biryani and sheermal. Diners will also be entertained with Ghazal singing every Friday,Saturday and Sunday. The festival is on till March 20. Prior reservations are required.
Food for a cause
Poona Midtown Ladies Circle 53,a group of young and vibrant girls under the leadership of Chairperson Nirali Verma,recently organised a fundraiser in the city where they invited Tarla Dalal,Padmashree for a cookery demonstration. The participants got a chance to watch the live demonstration of seven recipes,and interacted with Dalal. The proceeds of this fundraiser will be used for the construction of a school in Kusgaon
