During the interaction, Saif also gave a tour of his favourite spot in the apartment — the balcony. The space offers breathtaking sea view.

Earlier, the actor was part of the property’s official launch event in 2025. Speaking at the occasion, Saif explained his criteria for choosing a second home. “When you think of a holiday home or a second home, there are a few things you consider. One, it should not be very far away and should be easily accessible. The most important thing is that it must be very safe. It should feel good to be there. The concept of an island within an island is extremely luxurious. The views, pace of life, food, and lifestyle ultimately led to my decision,” he said.

Recalling his first experience at the property, Saif added, “I had come here for a shoot and stayed at the property. I thought it was amazing. There was a perfect mix of privacy and luxury. It felt like a home away from home, which made the decision easier.”

Saif Ali Khan’s apartment features a spacious living room with a thoughtfully designed layout focused on comfort and style. It includes a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a second large bedroom, and a separate maid’s room with an attached toilet for added privacy. The apartment also has an additional bathroom for guests.
