Hrithik Roshan admits his love for fitness will never fade away.

Hrithik Roshan never fails to impress fans. The actor recently joined the 2016 photo-sharing trend. Bollywood’s ‘Greek God’ shared a post that is equal parts humorous and honest, marked by sharp self-awareness and some self depracating rumour. Hrithik shared a series of photos from the last decade, which clearly reflected his love for fitness.

Hrithik Roshan’s tongue-in-cheek post is all about poking fun at himself, fully aware that fitness is his lifelong passion. Sharing the series of photos, Hrithik Roshan admits that he still has a deep, almost instinctive obsession with building a strong, muscular physique — what he calls “Bollywood biceps.”

By calling it “hardwired,” he’s saying this obsession feels ingrained in him. “2016, 1984, 2019, 2022 and yesterday. .No matter how many books I read or how evolved and nuanced my understanding of life gets , this hardwired obsession with “Bollywood Biceps” just doesn’t seem to end. I hope I get over it eventually. Pray for me,” read Hrithik Roshan’s post caption.

On the work front, Krrish 4 is officially happening, with Hrithik Roshan taking over directing duties from his father, Rakesh Roshan, making his directorial debut, while also starring as the superhero. The film is in pre-production with a massive scale planned, aiming for a 2027 release, but it’s a complex project requiring significant time for scripting and logistics, as Hrithik noted it’s a “difficult film” to mount.

Aditya Chopra is producing through Yash Raj Films (YRF), and filming is expected to start mid-2026 for a grand cinematic experience.
