Last bite with diana hayden

My last memorable meal was two days ago when I had pani puri. I was in Benares where I had gone for an opening. After the event,the organisers took me for pani puri at this tiny,semi-roadside place,which is popular for chaats. It was mouth-wateringly spicy. I had two plates. Though I adore pani puri,it had been three years since I last had it. My stomach is a bit delicate,so I avoid street food in Mumbai. Mumbai is exquisite for fine dining,but I reserve pani puri for when I’m travelling.
