Fujitsu Consulting India recently donated various study aids to Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) school No 98,and Raja Shiv Chatrapati High School in Talawade village. Over 600 students from these schools will benefit from the contribution done by Fujitsu. Items donated include desktops,laboratory equipments,laptops,school benches and submersible pumps.
Present on this occasion were officials from the FCI,Mr Lalit Lahoty,Vice President,FCI,Mr. Chander Dhawan- Head Admin,FCI. Accompanying them were Mr. Shantaram Bhalekar- Talawade Corporator,Mr. Chinatamani Bhalekar.
Speaking on the occasion,Sunil Bhave,vice president,FCI said,the endeavor is aimed to educate children with skills that will enable them to cope with the society with greater infrastructure privileges. IT education at formative stage will bring them at par with industry demands and will help them be competitive, he said.
Shantaram Bhalekar,welcomed the goodwill of the company. I am confident that such initiatives taken by corporates like Fujitsu Consulting will go a long way in paving a way for other organisations also to come forward and contribute in molding the future of the nation.
