Actor Sanjay Dutt,who was moved to Yerawada jail in the early hours of Wednesday,spent much of his first day resting in his cell and following the jail routine separately from other inmates,jail officials said.
A jail department official said,He followed the jail routine separately from other inmates as he has been kept in a separate cell. He rested in his cell throughout the day. As part of the routine,breakfast is served at 7.30 am,lunch at 11.30 am and dinner at around 6.30 pm.

Dutt,53,whose conviction in the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts case was confirmed by the Supreme Court had surrendered before a court on May 16. After a weeks stay in Mumbais Arthur Road Jail,he was brought to Yerawada secretly,avoiding the media glare.
