Notebook manufacturer BAFNA Exports has tied up with Disney Worldwide to release Disney-themed notebooks for school children this season. With Disney characters like Mickey Mouse,Fairies,Sofia,Toy Story,Nemo,Winnie the Pooh,Spiderman,Iron Man,and Avengers among others,the notebooks will aim to attract school goers with their favourite Walt Disney characters with long lasting glittered textures as added bonus.

“The Bafna Group is one of the few leading companies to consistently use paper made out of Agricultural Residue without compromising on quality to cater to the domestic as well as export businesses,” said Praful Bafna,Managing Director,Bafna Exports. “The tie up with Disney and usage of popular Disney characters will help us enhance our brand image and create a pull among school kids. We currently have a production capacity of more than 4 crore notebooks annually which we intend to double to about 8 crore by year-end.”

International conference on Renewable energy

India Tech Foundation,a two-decade old industry association for technology upgradation,is organising its 6th international conference and exhibition on renewable energy RENEWTECH India 2013,with the support of Govt. of India,Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE). It will be held from 16-18 May this year at the Auto Cluster Exhibition & Convention C e n t r e,Chinchwad,Pune .

Solar Energy Society of India,Wind Energy Association of India & World Bio Energy Association is also extending their support for the success of this event. The 2-day Conference and 3-day exhibition will focus on: “How to achieve additional 30,000 MW Renewable Energy Capacity during the 12th Five-Year Plan”.

SB Rode elected Central Bank’s Officer Director

SB Rode was elected Officer Director Central Bank of India. Rode started his career with Central Bank as an assistant (agri-division) in 1980. He is currently working as an assistant manager at Swargate Branch. He has been active with the All India Central Bank Officers Federation from 1988 and has been the President of the federation. He has also worked as deputy secretary at All India Bank Officers Confederation.
