EVEN as the Pawar families shared a stage during the inauguration of an agriculture exhibition in Baramati on Thursday, Lok Sabha MP from Baramati Supriya Sule once again pointed out that her cousin and Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar refuses to talk to her.

”I am in touch with Sunetra Pawar, Parth and Jay Pawar. I try to talk to Ajit Pawar but he refuses to talk to me,” Sule told reporters in Baramati. During the Lok Sabha elections, Sule had made the same statement and even said at that time Devendra Fadnavis would take her calls but not Ajit Pawar.

”Sharad Pawar, Pratibha Pawar and Supriya Sule always are in touch with the people. After our party split, all three of us have never criticized anyone. The kind of values that my parents have instilled in me have always helped me to be in touch with the people and not go away from them,” said Sule.

Meanwhile, during the inauguration of the agriculture exhibition, though Ajit Pawar and Sharad Pawar shared the dias, they did not interact with each other. Though the NCP chief took Sharad Pawar’s name while delivering a speech, Sharad Pawar did not mention his nephew in his speech.

On stage, Sule and Sunetra Pawar were seen interacting with each other. After the inauguration of the exhibition, all of them also had lunch together.

Besides the Pawar families, Maharashtra agriculture minister Manikrao Kokate and sports minister Dattatrya Bharne were also present at the event. MLA Rohit Pawar was also present at the event. The exhibition was organised by Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Baramati.
