AIFM launched in city

The Alliance of Infrastructure and Facility Management of India (AIFM) was launched in Pune recently.

The Alliance of Infrastructure and Facility Management of India (AIFM) was launched in Pune recently. AIFM,which is a self-sustaining national body,aims to play a crucial role for the infrastructure and facility management community.

The AIFM will create awareness,work for the growth of facility management industry,enhance credibility and promote networking between facilities management professionals, said a press release.

Mansi Talwar,director,AIFM,said: Facility management is now an enabler of sustainable enterprise performance through complete life management of productive workplaces and effective business support services. AIFM will represent the industry in public and private structures.

Members will have access to opportunities in professional development,leadership development,competency based and facility management and legal & regulatory reports, said the release.
