80 havans lit at Sadhu Vaswani Mission
Recently, the Sadhu Vaswani Mission celebrated Care & Share Day with great fervour. This was in gratitude of the successful implant of a new pacemaker for Rev Dada JP Vaswani, which was completed four years ago on February 2,2007. So,every year,on this date, the Mission celebrates a Care and Share Day,in which, along with prayers, devotees get together to serve the poor and needy. At 7 am,like a field of havans for the Lord,80 havans were lit up at the grounds of the Mission, whilst reciting Sri Japji Sahib and Maha Mritunjaya Mantra chants. The evening satsang featured a lively satsang of Shiv Kirtans which Dada J P Vaswani also graced. There was a service done for 45 needy boys and girls. These children from underprivileged families were given daily essentials like toiletries, utensils and chocolates. Each one of them was also given new clothes especially stitched for this occasion.

The International Institute of Information Technology, the creation of Pralhad P Chhabria, chairman,Finolex Group, and Padmashree Vijay Bhatkar, believes in inculcating social responsibilities in the youth of this country as that is the key to making the dream of ‘India Shining’ come true. Thus as part of this social education, the institute recently organised a blood donation camp at its campus. The faculty, staff and the students of I2IT actively participated in the camp which was organised for the Acharya Anandrishiji Pune Blood Bank. Everyone who participated did so voluntarily. The institute believes that the good response reiterates the fact that voluntary donors are the foundation of a safe blood supply.
