3 from a family found dead

Three persons including a six-year-old boy from a family in Pune were found dead in the canal at Ramdara near Loni Kalbhor on Saturday morning.

The deceased have been identified as Satish Dnyanoba Kedari (35),his wife Jayshri (30) and son Prathamesh (6),all residing near Kamla Nehru hospital in Mangalwar Peth. The reason behind their death was not confirmed. The bodies were tied together with a rope. Police have however found a liquor bottle in Satish’s pocket.

According to the police,Jayshri’s father is a resident of Loni Kalbhor. She along with her husband and son went to father’s house on Friday. In the evening they left home for a walk but did not returned. The family members started searching for them in the night.

The family members also filed a missing report with the Loni Kalbhor police informed the local police. At around 10.30 am on Saturday,all the three were found dead in the canal at Ramdara. Police have filed an accidental death report in this case.

The dead bodies were sent for post mortem at the Sassoon hospital and later on handed over to the family members.
