When Nandita Das inaugurated the NCPA Summer Fiesta,in Nariman Point on Monday morning,her glow of marital bliss was clearly enhanced by a cute baby bump.

The actress-director,who is currently serving as the chairperson of the Childrens Film Society,India,moved base from Delhi to Mumbai after her marriage to Mumbai industrialist Subodh Maskara early this year. And since,she has implied that her marital life is of priority to her.

At the event to attend the screening of cinematographer-filmmaker Santosh Sivans childrens film Halo,Das was dressed in a salwar kameez. As soon as the shutterbugs got clicking,she attempted to hide the bump. But later,while talking to Sivan,the actress was overheard saying that she has played the role of a pregnant woman on screen a number of times. I have delivered babies on screen before. But when I go through it for real,I wonder how different it will be from what is portrayed

on-screen, she said. To this,Sivan,in his good humour,responded,Not too different. Only the background music will be missing.
