Aer,the latest jewel in Mumbai’s nightlife crown,hosted a launch party on Saturday that saw primarily corporate heads and the occasional famous face revel till sunrise. The rooftop bar at the Four Seasons Hotel was packed pretty early as guests took the opportunity to soak in the breathtaking views of Mumbai,which looked gorgeous despite the winter smog. Amongst the famous faces were models Nethra Raghuraman and Reshma Bombaywala,photographer Atul Kasbekar,author Gregory Roberts,entrepreneur Ness Wadia and newlyweds Timmy Narang and Eesha Koppikhar. Also present were costume designer Arjun Bhasin,chef Nikhil Chib and ex-cricketer Ravi Shastri,who doesn’t regularly feature in publicised events.

Showstopper True to its core clientele,it was refreshing to see primarily “regular” people invited instead of hordes of publicity-seeking celebrities.
