Special train & bus services after match

The Central Railway and Western Railway will run special services after the match to ferry spectators.

The Central Railway (CR) and Western Railway (WR) will run special services after the match to ferry spectators.

CR will run three special services,two trains from CST to Kalyan at 11.35 pm and another from CST at 12.20 am. A separate service for harbour line will leave CST at 11.19 pm.

The Western Railway is also planning special services for the World Cup.

Two services would be operated from Churchgate to Virar and Borivali,starting around 15 to 20 minutes after the presentation ceremony.

BEST will increase the frequency of buses on 21 routes. It will operate special shuttle services to ferry people from Marine Drive,Churchgate stations and the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus stations to Wankhede through the early afternoon and then from the stadium to the railway stations after the end of the match and presentation ceremony.
