The online travel portal has added another feather to its cap. The website Ezeego1.com has introduced booking of railway tickets on its site in collaboration with the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC).

Speaking about the initiative,Neetu Sigh,CEO,Ezeego1.com,said,Over four million tickets are booked every month and the Railways has provided us with an opportunity to tap this market. We are happy to be part of the distribution network.

The site will facilitate booking and cancellation of tickets in a seamless fashion through the vertical. It will also provide information related to PNR status,train schedule,fares for up to five days on a single screen among other facilities. Senior citizens can also avail concession while booking their tickets.

RD Sharma,Group General Manager of IRCTC,said,Ezeego1.com will be an additional site. The existing IRCTC website will be available for customers.

This site will enable customers to book air,rail and bus tickets anywhere in the country thereby providing them complete range of services. IRCTC packages will also be available online for the benefits of the customers.
