After years of educating young minds through fable-like tales in a comic book format,Amar Chitra Katha will now roll out a series on Father ofWhite Revolution Verghese Kurien.
The Man with the Billion-Litre Idea,whose cooperative milk movement changed the country from being milk-deficient to the largest milk producers of the world,Kuriens life will come alive in a biography titled Verghese Kurien in a graphic novel format. The book will be launched on November 26,on his 92nd birth anniversary at the Institute of Rural Management in Anand,Gujarat. Kurien passed away last year in September.
